CIRCULAR 3/03/2020

Dear Parents

  • The school will re-open on Tuesday, 14 April 2020 at 07:30. Thank you for your hard work this term and may you enjoy a safe and pleasant holiday!
  • FOUNDATION PHASE PARENTS (GR R-3)

Please take note that we have a new parking area for Gr R-3 parents.  When you enter the main gate and you turn left you can park in front of the playground.  There is a new gate which will be open in the mornings up until 7:30 and it will be locked thereafter until 13:15.  This is the drop-off and fetch point for Gr R-3. 

  • IMPORTANT

We understand that throughout the year sometimes parents need to talk with staff about other issues.  If you have a problem, concern or a query, please make an appointment with the teacher via Mr A Lottering (School Principal) / Mr J Naudé (High School Deputy Principal) / Mr G Potgieter (Primary School Deputy Principal). Whilst we remain approachable we want to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of everyone’s time.

We request parents to please take note of the following:

  • Please don’t try to ‘quickly speak’ to a teacher before school, they have meetings to attend.
  • Don’t go directly to a teacher’s class, report to the office.
  • Don’t stand in front of or enter a teacher’s class to speak to the teacher or to wait for your child before, during or after school.  Foundation Phase parents of Gr1 and Gr2 children can fetch their children on the playground after 13:15.
